Empowering Black Women over the Age of 40
Empowering Black Women over the Age of 40
A growing number of Black women in the U.S. are aging alone and at risk of housing and food insecurity. When basic needs are not met among a group that is already marginalized and vulnerable, physical and mental health issues develop and exacerbate quality of life. Currently, the poverty rate for single Black women over age 65 is 32.5%. We are here to change that.
We curate experiences that address the diverse needs of Black women over 40, helping them embrace their individuality, reclaim their power, and thrive in all aspects of life. Whether you're seeking personal growth, professional development, or simply looking for a vibrant community of like-minded women, you've come to the right place.
Our workshops, activities, and publications are carefully designed to empower Black women over 40 to create a thriving lifestyle, challenge societal norms, break down barriers, and amplify their voices. We believe that by empowering each other, we can create a world that recognizes and values the wisdom, resilience, and beauty of Black women at every age.
